Looking for your next summer get away? Here is a beautiful, newly renovated 3,700 square foot home with 300 feet of PRIVATE lake frontage that will accommodate your family and friends. Set on 1.5 acres with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Gorgeous views of the lake throughout the whole first floor. There is a well groomed and maintained 50’ beach for all kinds of beach activities.

Wake up in the Master Bed overlooking the yard, lake, and our local herd of deer. When everyone makes their way downstairs, enjoy beautiful views of the lake while having breakfast or while enjoying a morning cup of coffee on the wrap around deck overlooking the lake.

When you are not outside on the beach, playing in the water, fishing off the docks, utilizing the paddle boat, or kayak, there is plenty of room in the 28 x 23 family room for everyone to gather and play.

There will also be a game room in the large garage that will include Ping Pong, Air Hockey, and seating area.

There is a boat launch available if you have a boat, or a boat rental company is available if you were interested in renting a boat or wave runner (they will drop boat/wave runner in the water for you and pick it up when you are finished with it).

For the Bedrooms:

• Bedroom #1: Beautiful Master Bedroom and Full Bathroom on the 1st Floor (perfect for any elders that can’t make it up to the second floor). The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower. You can walk out from the Master Bedroom right onto the deck overlooking the lake, and sit in a rocking chair with a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage. There is a King size bed with mechanical bedframe enabling you to raise the head rest and start your morning with priceless views of the lake. Baby crib in Master (Sleeps 2 + Baby Crib)
• Bedroom #2: Has a Queen size bed, Toddler bed, and closet. (Sleeps 2 + Toddler Bed)
• Bedroom #3: Has 2 sets of Bunk Beds, both have a twin bed on the top, and a full bed on the bottom. A dresser, and closet. (Sleeps 6)
• Bedroom #4: Has a full-size bed, a bunk bed with two twin beds, and a toddler bed (sleeps 4 + Toddler)
• Bedroom #5/Lounge Area: This is my favorite room in the house. This room has the best views in the house. There is a couch to lounge on if you need to get away from the chaos, fire up the computer to get some work done, or if the kids want to relax on a couch and watch TV. Also an area for kids to play with the toys in this room. There is a trundle bed with a twin (sleeps 1 (could sleep another on the couch))

The whole house can sleep about 16+ along with plenty of space for air mattresses, cots, sleeping bags, etc.

Whatever you want to do it is here! swimming, fishing, boating, water sports, fire pit, walking, trails, relaxing, cooking, sledding, nearby skiing, ping-pong, exercise, and so much more! The perfect setting for retreats, meetings, reunions, seminars, vacation, big family gatherings, and fun memories!
