Lakehouse Rates:
Rentals are available May 1 through September 30. Planning a Fall/Winter Getaway?? PLEASE INQUIRE FOR ANY DATES OUTSIDE OF MAY 1- SEPT 30. Off-Season Rentals are available on a limited basis.
Monday – Wednesday Nightly Rate: $600.00
Thursday – Sunday Nightly Rate: $750.00
Weekly Rate: $4,050
Minimum 3 Night Stay
4pm EST Check-in
10am EST Check-Out
* Occupancy is based on 14 people. Additional people are charged at $35.00 per person per night.
* Cleaning Fee per Reservation is $525.00
* Refundable $1,000.00 damage deposit required at reservation- refunded within 14 days of departure. 50% is required at time of reservation, balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Taxes not included.
Lakehouse Cancellation and Refund Policy:
$500.00 non-refundable upon booking
50% of total rate retained for cancellations between 44-30 days prior to arrival
75% of total rate retained for cancellations between 29-16 days prior to arrival
90% of total rate retained for cancellations between 15-1 day(s) prior to arrival
